• Assist general contractor and subcontractors with execution of project from start to finish

• Oversee all construction, design, engineering, and planning

• Manage general contractor and subcontractor bidding and contract negotiation to ensure budget is kept

• End to end materials procurement and supply chain management

• Weekly onsite observations, audits, recommendations and updates.

• Ensure that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets

• Recommend cost savings pptions through different construction methods or material selection whenever possible

• Tightly track project budget, cash flow, monthly billings and forecasts

• Lead and/or assist in negotiations with appropriate AHJ entities as required
