  • Assist general contractor and subcontractors with execution of project from start to finish

  • Oversee all construction, design, engineering, and planning

  • Manage general contractor and subcontractor bidding and contract negotiation to ensure budget is kept

  • End to end materials procurement and supply chain management

  • Weekly onsite observations, audits, recommendations and updates.

  • Ensure that contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets

  • Recommend cost savings options through different construction methods or material selection

  • Tightly track project budget, cash flow, monthly billings and forecasts

  • Lead and/or assist in negotiations with appropriate authority jurisdictions as required

  • Manage jurisdiction approvals, permitting and legal compliance

  • Schedule development services, pre-construction and construction design

  • Full design team management, including staying on schedule, budget and track

  • Preform feasibility reviews

  • Coordinate drawings across all disciplines

Recent Project: Gallatin Laundry

The challenges of renovating a historical piece of downtown Bozeman were exciting. The Gallatin Laundry Building is over 100 years old and it was important to the owner that we maintain as much of the unique historical character possible during the structural, mechanical and electric upgrades that transformed the building into a turn-key modern commercial space. We added a second floor and we were able to reuse the existing ceiling joist to maintain character.

We bring over a decades worth of experience working on some of the most complex projects in the country that have ranged in scope from $100k to 2 billion dollars. We’ve worked at almost every role within a project—the most junior tasks to managing the entire team.
